Eggs and tortillas

That girl had a night out and a night out at Mono Loca. I asked little j if she wanted breakfast for dinner? she shot down my idea for pancakes and french toast but she finally decided on scambled eggs and tortillas. She had 2 scrambled eggs ( That Girl got some great eggs at the farmers market they were good!) and a tortilla. I sauteed a few asparagus and red peepers threw In some Serrano ham and added some cheddar and parm cheese. It was a good and easy Monday Meal!
