Last night we had our pseudo-Mexican. Tonight it was pseudo-Asian. Once again, I used the All-Natural Diabetes Cookbook (can you tell we're liking the recipes?). We had an Asian noodle dish with snow peas, red peppers, and edamame. The sauce was made with rice vinegar, honey, green onions, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce. little j had hers deconstructed, but it was really good all together, plus we have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch!
