At the request of the Js I made the meatballs again. This time I used half ground sirloin and half mild Italian sausage. Yeah, it didn't work that well. They were okay, but too spicy for little j - she doesn't like the fennel seeds.
The next time I am going to use a mix of ground sirloin and ground pork. I'll report back.
