Quick Stir Fry

So I told Big J that I was going to make chicken stir fry for dinner, but I didn't go to the store and we didn't have many vegetables, so I found a recipe for sweet and sour chicken stir fry with pineapple (check) and red onion (check). Easy and delicious. I served it with rice and steamed broccoli.
