We are leaving tomorrow morning for Florida with a stop-over in Savannah. Honestly this is the most relaxed I've been in ages. That was evident in the dinner I fixed tonight. Again, we are trying to clean out the fridge, so little j had scrambled eggs and a tortilla, Big J and I both had omelets with sort of odd mixes of cheese and sauteed portabella mushrooms. The omelets were sort of sloppily made, but delicious nevertheless. You just can't beat a good egg with melted cheese and mushrooms topped with avocado.
Since we were packing and prepping for the trip I had suggested pizza, but Big J rightly pointed out that we are going to be eating dinner out for the next ten days so we should eat at home. So...prepare for about ten days of reports on meals out!
